Head of Marketing, Telecoms, Berkshire, 9 months, £400 - £600 per day
Our client, a stylish and successful mobile telecoms brand, is
currently in need of an accomplished Head of Marketing to support an
exciting new venture. If you relish a challenge and possess strong
branding and digital marketing expertise, we want to hear from you.
Headquartered in Berkshire, our client is working on a revolutionary
new mobile offering and as interim Head of Marketing, you'll be tasked
with supporting this pioneering new endeavour. Working for 9-12 months,
you will be responsible for the following:
* Customer insight and brand strategy
* Product strategy / management
* Advertising strategy and execution
* Customer acquisition programme
* Development of the online customer experience and journey optimisation
* Community management and Customer satisfaction and advocacy scores (both jointly with Chief of Member Services)
Our client is looking to appoint a seasoned marketing professional who
is able to draw upon a broad range of marketing experience and
expertise. In specific, your interim job as Head of Marketing will
require:
* Use of social media to build a brand and also to acquire customers
* Brand stewardship - including management of advertising agencies
* Digital marketing - SEO, search engine marketing, online display advertising
* A track record in guerrilla marketing and PR
* P&L or sales quota ownership
* Experience in telecoms marketing is essential
* Experience should primarily be B2B
